"Eat, Sleep, Dive" in beautiful Northern Sulawesi

North Sulawesi Aggressor The North Sulawesi Aggressor II is another one of the fine line of Aggressor liveaboard vessels. Formerly known as the Truk Aggressor it is now the vessel of choice for all fans of the Aggressor fleet and the vessel to be on if you want to experience the huge bio-diversity that diving in North Sulawesi offers.

Dive Sites

North Sulawesi is a very quiet, remote portion of the large island of Sulawesi. Seasoned Aggressor Captain Niall Lawlor will guide guests to remote sites near Bangka Islands, Bunaken Islands, the Lembeh Strait and surrounding areas believed to offer divers the world’s most marine biodiversity. The outer reefs are adorned with colorful soft corals and anthesis. North Sulawesi is world-famous for its “muck” dives, or critter dives, where small, colorful creatures dwell on sandy bottoms. Despite the term “muck diving,” visibility is very good

Vessel

Truk Aggressor - saloon The Sulawesi Aggressor - a 107-foot aluminium dive yacht and built in 1988 - provides cruising and diving in unparalleled luxury in this part of the world. She is 22 feet wide, diesel-powered and has 110-volt power on board. This luxurious vessel accommodates 16 guests with the ultimate in comfort and space. When the entire vessel is chartered by a group, she can accommodate any special requests or itineraries.

The multilevel salon is functional and attractive, combining utility with superb comfort. For entertainment, this vessel boasts a 27" super VHS/PAL, CD, tape player and a large library of CDs, videos and books. Abundant seating and comfortable couches make the salon a natural gathering place. A slide projector, screen and light tables make slide viewing easy.

Truk Aggressor - dining Meals are served from the buffet counter in the salon. Breakfast and dinner are eaten here; lunch is often "al fresco" on the partially covered sun deck.

A few steps up from the dive deck is the sun deck, a large partially shaded, carpeted, deck with ice machines, beverage coolers and a beautiful lounge area. The covered, open-air lounge has custom-made chairs, love seats and a hand-crafted teak table. All drinks, local liquor, wine and beer are complimentary. There is a "full sun" area for sun bathers complete with a new hot tub - the perfect place to enjoy the stunning landscape of this region ! A gas grill for preparing sumptuous entrees is also located on this deck.

Accommodation

Truk Aggressor - cabin The North Sulawesi Aggressor has seven private, carpeted staterooms, each with a queen and single bunk and a private bath with toilet. A spacious eighth cabin, the Master State Room has a large double bed, a desk and an ensuite private bathroom. All rooms have individual air conditioning controls and plenty of hot, fresh water. Staterooms are cleaned daily and all linen is changed throughout your stay.
